It's been a while !
And I'm sorry to hear that Kaho, Riko, and Hinata have been infected with the new coronavirus.
They're currently recuperating.
I hope they will recover safely and look forward to the day when they can perform on stage.

With the spread of this infection, anyone can get sick at any time, so I am eager to take care of myself again, but it is difficult to do so when thinking too much is not good.
In the end, a simple life is the best, and I'm resting at home.

Wash your hands, gargle, eat a balanced diet, get some exercise, and sleep!
I really hope you all take care of yourselves, both mentally and physically.

We, Ebichu, recently had a wonderful topic !
We were invited to perform at THE FIRST TAKE !



We're singing an important song called "Nanairo" !

How is everyone doing ?
Finally, next week is STAPLA FES, and the week after that, the Akita Bunkou Live !
I'm looking forward to them.
I'm getting nervous as the concert schedule approaches.

It's been hot in Tokyo until the other day, and I was expecting autumn to arrive in late October, but instead of autumn, winter is here !
I've been looking forward to the season when I can wear only a T-shirt or a knitwear every year, but... was there ever such a time ?

This year, I'm still in the mood to go, but some people are already wearing coats on the streets, and I feel awkward spending time with just one layer...
Physically, the fall was only about 4 hours long.
That's why I have to change my closet at a rapid pace, and I've been filling up my wardrobe without being able to declutter my spring and summer clothes.

It's okay to put away the short sleeves now, right ?
Right ?
I don't have to ask for anyone's approval, but I'm doing it out loud.
I hope I can get my coat cleaned in time before the cold weather sets in.

Oh, before we get to the Stapla Fes, I have some good news for the members of the Stapla Anime Club (as I call it).
I have a NicoNico channel where I talk about anime, and my next guest will be the former Takoyaki Rainbow member Negishi Karen !
Wow! I'm so happy !

I've done a unit with Renren called Nanafuku Muse, but we haven't really talked much, so I'm looking forward to talking with her !

It's been a while since I've updated my LINE blog.

While I haven't updated it for a long time, we won the LINE BLOG OF THE YEAR 2021 award !

Thanks to all the other members for writing.

This year, we lost Famien, so we had to move forward in a more distorted way than we had expected, and it was itchy at times, but as the end of the year approached, we were able to give a good report, and I think we started to feel a little more stable.
Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy Ebichu's music at @JAM, TIF, Akita Bunkou, Stapla Fest, and Chuuon !
I'll do my best to deliver something good to everyone at the December's Dai Gakugeikai Lives

Well, the reason I'm updating my blog is because it's going to be my 25th birthday soon, lol.
I'm going to look back on my 24th birthday a little bit.

It was a year that was very fulfilling for me, and I was able to talk about my favorite anime on my NicoNico Dôga channel while renewing it in a modest way.
I was able to welcome guests and talk with them.
I also got to do a regular show called "Yuusha no Utagoe ~Tamashii to Kizuna no Audition~".
I've also been able to do guest appearances on many of my favorite radio stations.
I was happy that I was able to get a little closer to my dream of working 365 days a year, which I had set a long time ago.

I'm so happy, and I hope I can continue to do so...
I'd be happy if I could grow through this kind of work, and I'd be very grateful if something I've appeared in has led people to get to know and be interested in Ebichu.

At the age of 25, I'd like to challenge various things so that I can become more attractive as a human being !
I want to become a dried-up sponge, absorbing everything I can and expanding my vocabulary !

Oh yeah, I've opened a Twitter page, and I'm tweeting a little bit, so please follow me if you want !




I wrote this on the way from the ''Kannai Devil'' show to the studio of ''Mayama Rika no Anime 300%'', and it's been a while since I've written, so my brush rides, or rather my fingers do. lol !

This year is almost over.
I feel better than I did last year, but sometimes, wow !
The days were so hectic that I felt like I was going to lose my mind, but somehow I was able to stay calm.

The Daigakugeikai Lives, REBOOT, went off without a hitch, and I enjoyed the two days !
Thank you very much !

The title "Reboot" made a lot of sense to me.
I felt that it was like a puzzle as I was performing, and I had the feeling that the pieces were falling into place one by one.
I wonder if everyone got the message.
Let's enjoy the future of Ebichu together.

Today, on New Year's Eve, I performed in the Momoiro Uta Gassen !



For the anime song medley, I got to cover U by millennium parade & Belle !
I was so nervous... but I was so happy !

This year, I've been able to get involved in anime and manga, which I've always said I liked, and it had made me very happy.
I was so happy to be able to sing an anime song at the Momoiro Uta Gassen !
It was a big role, but it was a good end to my work.
Thank you for letting me sing !
Next year, there will be even more !



I enjoyed the idol medley and the collaboration with Gorie-chan !
It's a good memory.

Suddenly it's warm !
It's so comfortable
It was spring weather just like the other day

I thought I'd switch out of my winter coat, but as soon as I did, it got cold again.
I've been having a hard time finding a way around it, but finally it's warm !

I was born in winter, but I don't like cold weather.
I hope it will be pleasant soon. ......

I have been in Niigata since yesterday
I am here on a spring tour campaign !
It's surprisingly warm over here !




We were also able to eat Poppoyaki (long and thin bread-like pastry found in Niigata) for the first time in a long time !
The staff took it out for us.
I'm glad to feel a little bit of Niigata.

The days will soon come when we can enjoy delicious food and share our thoughts with everyone at live concerts in various places again !
It makes me feel so good to think about it !

We are what we are because of our live performances

I love live performances !
I don't go to see concerts as often as I used to

I hope to be able to perform live in a natural way this year

And soon, the 7th full album "Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku" will be released !

Recording them was a lot of fun !

I've been listening to the finished songs a lot lately.

Huh ? Maybe I haven't written a Line blog this year ?
So happy new year (late)

Well, there were a lot of contents that I used to send out my feelings, such as the Stapla blog, Instagram and Twitter, so they were dispersed, but I thought it was time to write about how I've been feeling lately.
Yesterday, May 5th, marked the 10th anniversary of our major label debut.
I am truly grateful for everyone's support and the warmth of Sony Music Entertainment.
Thank you for letting us be active.




Look how cute this cake is !

Whenever we were in Osaka on tour, the rehearsal was a disaster and the surprise cake was sadly put out in the hallway after the rehearsal.
I felt the love for Ebichu of the staff who scolded us, and at the same time, I realized that preparation and awareness to be on stage are important to meet everyone in our activities, and that I must do my best even more.
It was because of what happened at that time that we're now able to take a picture with the cake on stage, which is proof of the progress we have made step by step.

We debuted as 9 members and came back as 9 again after many things happened, but the shape of the group has changed a lot and we have grown up.

There are moments when I feel lonely and scared because of the various changes, but my love for the group is what motivates me now.
Of course, goodbyes are sad
No one can ever replace anyone, and I wouldn't want to replace or want to be replaced.
I'm sure it's the same with people and groups.
That's how I feel.

So I hope we can enjoy the future with the new winds we're about to meet, and I hope we meet (a) girl(s) who will cherish the path we've walked.
I'm often told that I have become younger since cocoyunonoka joined, but I'm going to be even fresher lol
I'm having so much fun right now !

Hello !
How are you doing ?
We recently celebrated Ebichu's 10th anniversary major debut at the Osaka show of our spring tour "drawer" !



Unfortunately, Riko was absent, so we had to perform with only 8 members, but we gave our best performance.
I guess everyone was emotionally busy with all the announcements on this day.

First of all, we are releasing 10 contents for our 10th anniversary project.
The first release is a song called "Seishun Zombiiies" which was created by TAKUYA, and it's totally about summer !
This zombie-esque song is filled with freshness and a zombie-like appetite for summer fun, so even though the rainy season is about to begin, let's give it a boost for summer with this song lol

We're going to hold Famien again this year !
This year, it'll be held on August 6 and 7, the day after the formation day of the event back in Lake Yamanaka !
Will it be cool or hot this year ?
But it's always a good summer to spend with everyone, so I'm really looking forward to it !

And we'll be holding auditions for (a) new member(s) !
I know this upsets everyone, but just as Hinata has decided her future, we Ebichu has decided our future as Ebichu.
That's why I want to meet (a) girl(s) who will love our history and hold our hands.
I'd like to taste various things and become a stronger and kinder group.

Here are the news !
This year, I have a lot of chances to see you all, so I feel like I can say what I want to say to you honestly.

Oh, by the way, Sakitty, Renren and Ku-chan (Tacoyaki Rainbow members) came to the Osaka show !

Recently, Ebichu has been on a spring tour to rave reviews.
It's been years since I've been able to spend time with everyone at various places like this.
I'm really happy and I feel happy at every performance

I know it's too early to generalize​, but this year's spring tour was a new experience for me.
I feel as if I have been reminded of who I am once again.
That is why I want to take good care of myself.

This weekend is the Tour final !
We'll be broadcasting live on NicoNicoLive, so I'd be happy if you could watch it.
We're touring with our 7th full album "Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku", so please listen to the album at least once via subscription, etc., so that you can enjoy it even more !

We've got a lot of releases this year, and we've already delivered 2 new songs from them.
It's a good collection of songs.

Also, something else I could put on the Stapla blog...
I have a show called "Mayama Rika no Anime 300%" on my NicoNico channel, and the other day, Suda Aki from "Chou Tokimeki Sendenbu" was a guest on the show !



She was so cute ! An angel !
Oh, I was so exhausted that I lost my vocabulary again lol
It was a new experience for me because I don't get a chance to talk with the junior members very often.
I was impressed by Aki-chan's advertising skills.
She's a very strong person !
I hope she'll come visit again, because we didn't have enough time !

August is almost over !
It's finally getting cooler and I've been frequently playing Moriyama Naotaro's "Natsu no Owari", Fuji Fabric's "Wakamono no Subete" and Yoshizawa Kayoko's "Nokotteru" !
I like the late summer and fall seasons the best and look forward to them every year

Clothes are starting to arrive... I'm torn between wanting to wear a lot of fall clothes and still wanting to wear summer clothes !
I feel like the timing of this switch is a perpetual challenge lol

What was your summer like this year ?
I have had two summers that I haven't had in ages !
One was the first Famien in 3 years, and the other was a vacation due to vocal cord polyps surgery.
I was just sitting in my room with the air conditioner on and thought, "How many years has it been since I had a real summer vacation ?"

I was told that it's best not to do any weight training for a while after the surgery, so my muscles have to rest...
But !
As you can see from my SNS (mainly Twitter), I can't do nothing, and I was hoping to be able to do nothing this year !
Of course, I know that the members have to cover for me, so I will do my best not to burn myself out when I return to work !



A few days ago, there was a camp for auditioning (a) new member(s) for Ebichu, and I was impressed by the hard work of all of them, including some STAPLA research students !
Hard work always pays off !

When I was just starting out as an idol, Takahashi Minami (ex-AKB48) said something that stuck with me, and although I know that I will not always be rewarded for what I wish for, I feel from my own experience that it will not be in vain, because the effort I put in will become fertilizer that will help me grow as a person and thicken my character.
So I hope this experience is a beautiful one for these girls!

Our 10th Anniversary album "Chukichi" is now on sale !



We hope that those who have already got it and those who will get it in the future will love this album as much as we do.

CD1 was created based on a questionnaire survey that everyone responded to for the 10th anniversary of our major label debut, and CD2 includes songs re-recorded by all 9 members.
The pink uniforms are also prettier and more colorful than when we made our major debut, and as always, there's a trading card enclosed inside the album
Which member did you get ??

However, as I had announced, I was about to undergo surgery for polyps on my vocal cords, and there were some songs I couldn't sing as well as I wanted, which was frustrating, but the recording staff and engineers were a great help to me.



I felt like if I didn't listen to the album today, I would never listen to it, so I got a little brave and listened to it during the day, and I smiled because I had a full schedule until a little while ago.
I feel so relieved ! lol

I now believe that the songs helped me/us to grow up.
It's an unforgettable piece of work

It's been a while since I've written a LINE blog, so I have a lot of information that I haven't written, but, ah, my vocal cords are slowly getting better after the surgery !

I was recently watching an anime called "Kami kuzu☆Idol" and I saw a scene where Niyodo-kun, an unmotivated idol, updated her blog and her fans got excited, which inspired me to write this today.

I'm happy to write it.
If you're happy, I'm happy too.
I have nothing but good things to say, but I'm a lazy writer.

Hello !
It was sunny and pleasant today, so I went for a little walk after voice training.
I haven't seen the sun much this week because of the 2-man lives and lessons for tomorrow's Hinata Project live, so I've been soaking up the sun.

I recently realized that I don't stay home much, but that doesn't mean I'm super outdoorsy.
I feel that taking a walk like this is an important time to refresh myself.
And when I walk, I usually find a ramen shop and go in.
This is one set lol

What do you guys do to refresh yourselves ??
Live concerts ? Saunas ? Anime ?
I respect those who say "I don't have any"...
Sometimes hobbies can make you happy or sad, so for those people, a walk is the way to go.

What do I mean when I write something like this ?
Am I tired ?
I'm not tired at all, so please don't worry about it.
I just want to encourage people to take a walk.

I'm turning 26 !
My goal at 26 is to stay healthy and to improve myself



I had surgery for the first time in my life to remove polyps from my vocal cords, which had always been prone to problems, and although I still haven't fully grasped the new me, I realized that I had been holding myself back and began to make efforts to be accepted so that this is also me.
I had many opportunities to receive compliments on my voice, and it was hard for me to make up my mind...
But the fact that everyone accepted me, no matter what I was like, helped me a lot.

That is why I want to grow even more.
My goal is to be on TV !
I want to achieve everything I want to do !

It's been a very busy December!
December is so full of life !

I'll talk about Hina's graduation live and the Daigakugeikai live when I write a LINE blog...
I was a guest at B.O.L.T.'s live the other night !



It was the first time for me to be able to perform at a live show for my kouhai, so I was very happy.
I was surprised to see Aya and Nanoha becoming young ladies every time I saw them, and it was very encouraging and heartwarming to see them making everyone smile even more with the strength of the group!
And Run-pan(Runa/Luna)'s DJ was so cool !
I got into the groove and danced !
It's not easy to plan and prepare for something like this on their own, which is why I think their energy is so great.
I hope that they will keep pushing forward with their positive power !
I was also healed by Boru-chan who were dancing on the side of the stage...

It was a good day !
Run-pan, once again, happy birthday !
I wish you a happy new year and I'll make a wish on the new moon too.

And I also celebrated my birthday.
I'm 26 years old !

Only a few hours left in this year.
A year that has gone by so fast ! It's been a long year !

Hinata's graduation ceremony and the Daigakugeikai live !
Thank you to everyone who witnessed the events !

I have seen many people off, but...




...but Hinata's graduation really didn't feel real, like I was in a dream...

The setlist, which had tasted both sweet and sour, brought back many memories, and the day was like looking through a graduation album, filled with fun rather than emo.
I will miss her a lot, but I am looking forward to seeing her again somewhere, and I hope she will always have a smile on her face.
That is not limited to her, though.

Recently, I have had many opportunities to work with the former members, and I am happy to be able to meet with my favorite girls in a different form.
I hope I can do the same with Hinata.

And the next day, the group's new system !
It's been a long time since I've had a live show where I felt relieved afterwards.
At the "Motto Ebi10" exhibition with Natalie, I said "white" because of the difficulty of expressing what I didn't know at the time, but I feel that we, who can be dyed any color depending on the song, have been reborn fresh and new without changing.
Emma, Yuna, and Cocoyunonoka worked very hard, and I feel that Kaho, Riko, Ayaka, and Mirei were all able to express Ebichu in their own wonderful ways.

It was a year in which I was troubled with my singing, but I was able to immerse myself in the songs without thinking about it.

We will do our best to deepen our appeal even more and let more people know about Ebichu next year !
It's the Year of the Rabbit, a year in which we will be able to take a big leap forward.
And we will definitely perform at Super Saitama Arena again !
I bit my tongue on stage, but we'll do it again lol



And so the New Year's Eve is almost upon us.
I'm so grateful to have three opportunities to show up in front of you all on New Year's Eve !

As Mayama, I want to make this the year that I can do many things I want to do.
First of all, I'm aiming to sell out my solo birthday live "Mayamania -level.7-" !

It may be hard to tell from the outside, but I'm as passionate as Cheryl who wants you to hear her sing, so please come to the venue and listen to me !
