Is it because I haven't used up all the packs I bought this winter ?
Or is it just the sauna effect that raises my metabolism ?
Either way, I hope the season comes soon when I can go out in just a sweatshirt

And one more topic, we recently released our 14th single "kyo-do?".
It was the first single in 4 years and the first single with 10 members.
I have an image that the week of single release, we used to have in-store events, but this time we had a free event and a special event at "forTUNE music", I feel the times are changing !

And today marks 14 years since we formed Ebichu !
In other words, I have been an idol for 14 years!
It's a number that I never imagined and it makes me laugh, but I'm so thankful that we are still able to be active today.

My first gift as an idol was flowers.
Yellow flowers. I still can't forget how happy I was at that time.
From there, we received a lot of support and gifts that we did not take for granted, and when we entered the Corona disaster, we were in a world where even our voices were not heard, and we were reminded of how special our daily lives were.
I think the 3 month tour titled "100% ebism" since spring has brought us back to our daily life.
I felt the same joy when I saw the flowers that were sent to us at the tour finale.
Since Cocona, Yuno, Nonoka, Emma & Yuna came in, I've been trying to rebuild myself in Ebichu ?
I've been reconstructing myself, and lately I've been feeling strange all the time.
During the tour, I was searching for what is ebism and what is 100% of us, so the setlists were a mixture of the past, the present and the future, and it was like we were teenagers.
I had the sense that I was going forward with confidence in something that had no answers.
However, as Ayaka told us that the latest Ebichu is the strongest Ebichu, I would like to hold everyone's hand now so that they can affirm the past and the present without comparison

That used to be my motto.
But I had acquired the ability to think through experience, so I tried my best to squeeze out the answers, and my immune system dropped to a low level in July....

I have resumed cooking for the first time in about a year in preparation for the upcoming Famien event.
(I just talked on the radio the other day about not cooking for myself)
